Great, elegant hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only "ding" are the sliding bathroom barn doors. Why hotels, why? We had great sushi and fish and chips ( really good F&C!) at Kai Pan. Pool and Spa are really, really nice. Indoors but spacious and warm.

6連泊を3回ほどしました。 親会社がJALからオークラに変わってからは、少しサービスが悪くなった気がします。 日系ホテルなので、ジャパニーズスピーカー Please と言えば、日本語で案内してくれるのは助かります。 ユニオンスクェアも近いし、ユニオンスクェアの正面にはMacy'sもある。飲食店も多いので便利っちゃ便利。観光者向けホテルですね。 映画で有名なグニャグニャ下り坂花壇のロンバートや、フィッシャーズワーフに行くならケーブルカーです。 パウエル＝ハイドが最寄り駅ですが、基本満員なのでほとんど乗れません。１駅先の始発駅パウエル＝マーケットストリートまで行って乗った方が確実です。 日中の早いうちなら、歩くっていう手もあります。右手にロンバート、正面にアルカトラズが見えますよ。

I stayed at Hotel Nikko San Francisco for a work offsite and had a good experience overall. The staff were excellent, extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The conference rooms and on-site meeting support were outstanding, making it a strong option for corporate meetings and offsites. Beds and pillows struck a comfortable balance between plush and firm. The room and bathroom were spacious, very clean, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable for work. Robe and slippers provided. Room service was also quite good. A few minor, picky downsides: toiletries were more limited than at comparable hotels, the room view was minimal, the robe was stiff, there were no extra blankets in the room, and the coffee was not great, though I may not have found the best option in the hotel. Overall, Hotel Nikko San Francisco is a solid choice for business travel, especially for its service quality, meeting facilities, and staff professionalism.

Ubicación muy buena tanto para conocer la ciudad como para llegar desde el aeropuerto en BART. Es una buena opción para hospedarse. Lo que no me gustó fue que el aire acondicionado estaba un poco extraño porque a pesar de que estaba apagado seguía filtrando aire fresco pero de ahí en fuera todo genial.
