Outstanding Experience

I recently visited San Francisco for two client meetings and had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Nikko. From the moment I arrived and through to check-out, the staff was outstanding. And the room was beautiful. An overall outstanding guest experience.

Great stay, great room

Only my second stay here but always get a warm welcome. Lovely that the staff, in particular, Deven on the front desk remembered me from a few months back. Fantastic room with windows on two corners - what a treat. Rooms always impeccably cleaned and room staff very sensitive and respectful.

Wonderful Stay

I had stayed here previously for a conference and wanted to come back. Took my partner for a quick over night for his Bday. Everything was perfect! From the tea at reception to the beautiful room and view to the wonderful breakfast the next day. Staff are so gracious and professional. We had a wonderful stay and will be back!
