The room was clean, the location was good, and there were many delicious restaurants nearby.

If I could give this hotel 10 stars for their service I would . Absolutely love staying here .every staff member I have encountered has been extremely pleasant and helpful and I feel they genuinely mean it and not because they are simply just doing their job . This is my second stay here and I can definitely say this is now my go to hotel for San Francisco!

Loved the hotel, location, restaurant, staff and amenities.

Very nice hotel which is a popular Japanese hotel chain with not a lot of US locations. Stay work hard at making sure you have a nice stay. I recommend the imperial room or to get the upgrade if you can so you get the full experience. The evening reception is nice you get free wine, soda, beer and snacks. The breakfast is better than a standard continental that may come free with most hotels. It has two hot dishes like eggs, or Benedict and cereal, fresh juice, fancy coffee, etc.
