The staff is incredibly friendly, and you'll appreciate the clean, quiet room. Plus, enjoy fast WiFi and a fantastic location that makes everything convenient.

I had a pleasant stay even if the room felt a bit small. If you don't want to pay 45$ for breakfast (it's good and a mix of japanese and western food) I recommend Mellis Café next door. They have a good variety of very tasty sandwiches and pastries. One area of improvement in the hotel could be sustainability. A sign in the bathroom encourages guests to save resources by reusing towels. However, the towels were changed every day although they were clearly hung up instead of placed on the floor. Speaking to the housekeeping staff didn't help, as they speak only limited English.

The hotel Nikko is a unique property in San Francisco. The staff is super friendly, the room was very clean and up-to-date. They installed a new big screen TV while we were there. We were on the 25th floor with one of the best views of Union square and all the way to the bridge. The mattress is firm and super comfortable. The room was well equipped although there was no documentation on how things worked or on dining possibilities within the hotel. Both the shower and toilet are complicated to operate. 24thfloor offers an included breakfast that was very delicious. Overall a great stay and central to the city overall.
