Super nice hotel Clean and great location would recommend

Just wanted to say thank you to the guest agent Kat! My family of five, including 3 kids under the age of 7y.o., had a long flight with 4 hours delay. By the time we arrived to Nikko, my husband and I were exhausted, the kids were very tired to the point they did not even want to watch their cartoons, the youngest was crying. Kat was checking us in. Right away she started talking to the kids and gave them the pencils and the colouring booklets. And, oh magic! They became very quiet colouring their booklets, the youngest stopped crying. Kat was so nice and patient with us. The process of checking in was so smooth and quick. Kat also offered the upgrade to us and the food options which we gladly accepted. The next day we had to go up north (2.5 hours) to visit our family. The food upgrade saved us so much time, since we had everything available in the hotel. We did not have to go around the area and look for the place to dine with 3 little kids. We received an exceptional service from Kat. Thank you! We will definitely stay at Nikko next time!

유니온스퀘어에 있어서 접근성 최고 + 일본 브랜드라 세심함이 빛나는 호텔입니다. 한국인 정서에 잘 맞아요. 미국 호텔 돌아다니면 넓직넓직하고 규모가 큰 대신에 서비스도 시원시원하다고 생각하는데, 니코는 일본 브랜드라 글너지 어메니티부터 세심함이 가득해서 매우매우 만족스러웠습니다. 귀여운 마스코트 강아지까지! 펫 프렌들리 호텔이라 종종 강아지도 보였어요. - 객실은 펫을 받을 수 있는 객실과 없는 객실 나뉘어져 있다고 하니 신경쓰이시는 분들은 요청하심 될거예요. 넓직한 객실에 넓은 욕실까지.. 미국 호텔은 넓어서 좋아요 ㅋㅋ ㅋ 호텔 전반적으로 대나무+라벤더 향 어메니티를 사용하는데.. 진짜 사오고 싶었고요. 미국 호텔 객실에 슬리퍼가 있는건 처음이라.. 감동이었어요. 하나 단점은 베게에서 조금 냄새가 나서.. 바꿔달라고 요청하면 금방 변경해주세요. 조식도 밥이 있어서 좋았아요. 저는 여행가서 한식을 따로 찾는 편은 아닌데, 그래도 ‘밥’이 땡길 때가 있거든요. 한식을 일부러 사먹기는 아쉽고 (현지 음식 먹는게 중요해서) 밥은 먹고싶을 때 대안이 될 수 있습니다. 너무 좋았어요. 밥 외에도 양식과 주스, 요거트 등 맛있고 구성이 알차서 만족스러웠습니다! 수영장과 24시간 헬스장도 있어서 시설 즐기기에도 무리 없습니다! 수영장은 예쁜데 사진찍기 좋을 것 같은 느낌이예요. (수영장에서 음식도 먹을 수 있다고 하니.. 위생은 썩 좋진 않을 것 같아요)
