Exceptional Staff Made Our Stay Exceptional We had a great experience at Hotel Nikko San Francisco. What really stood out was the staff—their attitude and professionalism made all the difference. The valet team was friendly and helpful even when we didn’t use their service. The front desk staff was always responsive, whether we needed room cleaning or help with charges. Housekeeping was consistent, with clean rooms and fresh sheets every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for the excellent staff and overall service.

I stayed at Hotel Nikko in San Francisco in October 2025 for the TCT Conference for work. I travel a lot and Hotel Nikko was one of my best hotel stays & experiences I've had! Super friendly & helpful staff, beautiful hotel, clean & comfortable rooms, and more! All in all a fantasic experience, highly recommended!! Side note the night manager Romeo is one of the nicest & best people I've had the pleasure to work with traveling!!

Staff good attitude, rooms are clean and cozy!

Just wanted to say thank you to the guest agent Kat! My family of five, including 3 kids under the age of 7y.o., had a long flight with 4 hours delay. By the time we arrived to Nikko, my husband and I were exhausted, the kids were very tired to the point they did not even want to watch their cartoons, the youngest was crying. Kat was checking us in. Right away she started talking to the kids and gave them the pencils and the colouring booklets. And, oh magic! They became very quiet colouring their booklets, the youngest stopped crying. Kat was so nice and patient with us. The process of checking in was so smooth and quick. Kat also offered the upgrade to us and the food options which we gladly accepted. The next day we had to go up north (2.5 hours) to visit our family. The food upgrade saved us so much time, since we had everything available in the hotel. We did not have to go around the area and look for the place to dine with 3 little kids. We received an exceptional service from Kat. Thank you! We will definitely stay at Nikko next time!
