Stayed here April 13–17, 2026 with my wife and 2 kids. This is a wonderful hotel with friendly staff and next level attention-to-detail. The location is excellent as well. I have to travel to SF for work 1-2 times per year and I am making this my go-to. Thank you, Hotel Nikko.

I love all the little details that take this hotel to the next level

Nice hotel with warm pool and nice gym. Jacuzzi very hot. Costly valet parking only. Overall ok. Friendly staff, especially Elizabeth.

Me and family just had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Nikko. We found the room on 22nd floor to be very clean and comfortable and the gym and swimming facilities were excellent. we even got to meet Buster and Beau. The hotel carer (I didn’t get his name) was ever so kind to give some precious postcards of the dogs to my daughter . Special thanks to Luis and Estaban for such welcoming treatment every time we visited the Imperial Lounge. Luis even cut oranges for us! The breakfast team always make us feel so welcome and they remember our preferred breakfast options which were ordered (thanks Dinesh and Sijan) even before we sat at our favourite table (thanks Ms B and Stephanie). Highlight each and every morning to feel so welcomed (Estaban and Anita always greets us warmly and you are both ever so attentive) and the breakfast spread is second to none. we loved how it catered to our Asian and western preferences. Anthony even gave us suggestions of what to do seeing it’s our first visit to SF. He even took the effort to hand write a note to us. This goes over and beyond the call of duty. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel for the whole two week duration instead of moving to another hotel. We hope to return again one day
