6連泊を3回ほどしました。 親会社がJALからオークラに変わってからは、少しサービスが悪くなった気がします。 日系ホテルなので、ジャパニーズスピーカー Please と言えば、日本語で案内してくれるのは助かります。 ユニオンスクェアも近いし、ユニオンスクェアの正面にはMacy'sもある。飲食店も多いので便利っちゃ便利。観光者向けホテルですね。 映画で有名なグニャグニャ下り坂花壇のロンバートや、フィッシャーズワーフに行くならケーブルカーです。 パウエル＝ハイドが最寄り駅ですが、基本満員なのでほとんど乗れません。１駅先の始発駅パウエル＝マーケットストリートまで行って乗った方が確実です。 日中の早いうちなら、歩くっていう手もあります。右手にロンバート、正面にアルカトラズが見えますよ。

Lovely rooms, just a really poor shower sadly

Very nice hotel in downtown San Francisco. It’s in a central location with great walkability or short driving distances from many great restaurants and sites. The hotel itself is a Japanese branded hotel and does feel quite luxurious. The service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, well up-kept, spacious and modern. The amenities including gym, pool, and restaurants were great. I do wish there was a spa available as we to enjoy massages and other spa services when we travel. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Hotel is nice and cozy, they charge a lot for parking. Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay. Didn't use much services basically used the hotel only to crash at night. Rooms were descent size.
