I had a pleasant stay even if the room felt a bit small. If you don't want to pay 45$ for breakfast (it's good and a mix of japanese and western food) I recommend Mellis Café next door. They have a good variety of very tasty sandwiches and pastries. One area of improvement in the hotel could be sustainability. A sign in the bathroom encourages guests to save resources by reusing towels. However, the towels were changed every day although they were clearly hung up instead of placed on the floor. Speaking to the housekeeping staff didn't help, as they speak only limited English.

There’s a lot to love about Hotel Nikko. The location is great, the rooms were quiet, spacious, and had a decent view. The indoor heated pool was fantastic, and the kids loved the movie showing at 6pm on that weekend. The service was all around exceptional. Let’s get the complaints out of the way: the bathrooms left much to be desired. They felt old and in desperate need of an upgrade. The listing said they had a refrigerator but it was only the hotel minibar with VERY limited space for our stuff. The AC system was also very finicky and I had to constantly mess around with it every day to get it right. We ended up staying for 3 nights and had a comfortable nights rest each time. Valet parking was about 90 dollars per day but there is a convenient parking garage across the street for half the price. I walked around the block a few times to pick up food and breakfast and never felt unsafe. Overall this was a great stay.

Great, elegant hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. The only "ding" are the sliding bathroom barn doors. Why hotels, why? We had great sushi and fish and chips ( really good F&C!) at Kai Pan. Pool and Spa are really, really nice. Indoors but spacious and warm.

Hotel is nice and cozy, they charge a lot for parking. Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay. Didn't use much services basically used the hotel only to crash at night. Rooms were descent size.
