Great hotel. Love that they have the water refill in each floor so convenient. Also their cutie dog is so adorable

Elizabeth Kone is the best concierge I have encountered. She is amazing. Very respectful. That's the kind of service and courtesy that someone could appreciate. Let it be known that this young beautiful human being can really provide very good outstanding customer service. I cannot wait a to let the world know that lady is fantastic. Keep up the good work. Daniel from Reservations was absolutely amazing! He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything simple and stress free, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. It's rare to receive customer service at this level, and Daniel truly exceeded my expectations. Our stay at Hotel Nikko San Francisco was outstanding from start to finish. Ernesto, the concierge, was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our trip, answering questions and helping us plan well before we even arrived. That kind of attentiveness before check-in set the tone for the whole visit. The room upgrades were a lovely surprise, and the nightly turndown service was such a nice touch, complete with a paper crane left on the bed each evening - these lovely touches made us smile. The gym is genuinely well equipped with everything you could need, and the room service menu is worth exploring - we loved the ramen. The rooms themselves are well appointed and comfortable, exactly what you want after a long day out exploring the city. A special mention for Jason, Director of Commercial Strategy, who went out of his way to arrange a picnic blanket so my sister and I could properly enjoy the July 4th fireworks together. She flew in from Australia, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. The location cannot be beat. Everything in Union Square and beyond is an easy walk from here. If you are lucky enough to stay in an Imperial Suite with access to the Imperial Lounge, keep an eye out for Luis, who is happy and attentive every single day. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko for anyone visiting San Francisco. The team here genuinely cares about making your stay memorable.
