The hotel Nikko is a unique property in San Francisco. The staff is super friendly, the room was very clean and up-to-date. They installed a new big screen TV while we were there. We were on the 25th floor with one of the best views of Union square and all the way to the bridge. The mattress is firm and super comfortable. The room was well equipped although there was no documentation on how things worked or on dining possibilities within the hotel. Both the shower and toilet are complicated to operate. 24thfloor offers an included breakfast that was very delicious. Overall a great stay and central to the city overall.

A lovely, welcoming hotel in a great location, with excellent linen, a beautiful room, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Hello this was the best hotel I've ever gone to It's great and I love it There were things like signifying that there was 100% care by every one of the employees there were robes sandals that you could keep slippers that you could keep and even a stuffy puppy that they just let you have but not keep There were tons of other cool features like a beautiful fire pit on top and it's in the middle of San Francisco a beautiful city It had an excellent pool with glass around it on the roof and our room was 1509 but no matter what the room is it's the best hotel ever

This place is the best! Kyle is the person that checked us in twice and he is so kind and understanding and he even remembered my name and that I was going through cancer treatments. There’s an amazing indoor heated pool, a hot tub, two saunas… a great restaurant. Everybody that works here is fantastic. It’s literally the best place to stay in San Francisco!
