This was the first time I've stayed at Nikko. Was really a pleasant experience. I did not even realize it was a Japanese owned hotel, but the room was peaceful and calming, and I deduced it was Japanese just from that alone. When my girlfriend who booked the place informed me it really was Japanese, it confirmed how just experiencing our imperial room made me feel in light of my ignorance. Great fitness facility and Anzu was quite good. We didn't plan on doing too much throughout the city so the hotel was a perfect place to de-stress by staying on the property and at the pool most of the time. I'd definitely like to return sometime and I appreciated the dog loving aspect here.

I recently visited San Francisco for two client meetings and had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Nikko. From the moment I arrived and through to check-out, the staff was outstanding. And the room was beautiful. An overall outstanding guest experience.

Everyone went above and beyond expectations, provided extra assistance with no expectations but wanting to make sure the guest was happy and relaxed while staying there.

Only my second stay here but always get a warm welcome. Lovely that the staff, in particular, Deven on the front desk remembered me from a few months back. Fantastic room with windows on two corners - what a treat. Rooms always impeccably cleaned and room staff very sensitive and respectful.
