He took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything simple and stress free, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. Our stay at Hotel Nikko San Francisco was outstanding from start to finish. Ernesto, the concierge, was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our trip, answering questions and helping us plan well before we even arrived. That kind of attentiveness before check-in set the tone for the whole visit. The room upgrades were a lovely surprise, and the nightly turndown service was such a nice touch, complete with a paper crane left on the bed each evening - these lovely touches made us smile. The gym is genuinely well equipped with everything you could need, and the room service menu is worth exploring - we loved the ramen. The rooms themselves are well appointed and comfortable, exactly what you want after a long day out exploring the city. A special mention for Jason, Director of Commercial Strategy, who went out of his way to arrange a picnic blanket so my sister and I could properly enjoy the July 4th fireworks together. She flew in from Australia, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more special. The location cannot be beat. Everything in Union Square and beyond is an easy walk from here. If you are lucky enough to stay in an Imperial Suite with access to the Imperial Lounge, keep an eye out for Luis, who is happy and attentive every single day. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko for anyone visiting San Francisco. The team here genuinely cares about making your stay memorable.
