Exceptional Service 😊 Great ambiance! Location is superb!

Very nice hotel which is a popular Japanese hotel chain with not a lot of US locations. Stay work hard at making sure you have a nice stay. I recommend the imperial room or to get the upgrade if you can so you get the full experience. The evening reception is nice you get free wine, soda, beer and snacks. The breakfast is better than a standard continental that may come free with most hotels. It has two hot dishes like eggs, or Benedict and cereal, fresh juice, fancy coffee, etc.

Elizabeth Kone is the best concierge I have encountered. She is amazing. Very respectful. That's the kind of service and courtesy that someone could appreciate. Let it be known that this young beautiful human being can really provide very good outstanding customer service. I cannot wait a to let the world know that lady is fantastic. Keep up the good work. Thank you for your most welcome appreciation.
