We are committed to upholding the highest quality of standards and have enhanced our cleaning and disinfecting procedures.  Partnering with industry leading experts, CHLA & the CDC, Ecolab and Clorox, we're enhancing cleanliness and using new protocols and service measures in order to provide you with the ultimate in hospitality and service in the same manner you have become accustomed to.

In our 30 year history, we've been known for our rigorous cleaning procedures, being named a AAA ‘Best of Housekeeping' property for 2020. We continue to deep clean with hospital-grade disinfectants along with expanded COVID-19 protocols.  You can expect to see enhanced procedures in every area of the hotel.

  • Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitizer stations, sanitized key-cards, paperless check-out & plexiglass protection dividers.
Guest Room

Guest Room:

  • We utilize electrostatic technology to disinfect all guestrooms after guest depart and before the next guest arrives, paying particular attention to disinfect high touchpoints, including items switch panels, remote controls, faucets, doorknobs, etc.
  • Remote control disposable covers in each room to protect from germs and bacteria.
  • Reduction of in-room high-touch items, new laundry protocols

Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, ‘last cleaned' charts, best practices for pools, fitness centers and lounges
  • We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel for guests and staff.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning public spaces, including the front desk, the concierge desk, elevators and elevator buttons, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys.

  • New standards and service approach to in room dining, restaurant dining with social distancing, and a new foodtruck with patio dining experience. The well being of our guests and associates is of utmost importance. We are working closely to develop guidance and resources for hotel teams on returning to work and keeping you - our guests - safe in this new environment, which may include:
 
 
  • Daily, non-invasive temperature checks for employees and guests.
  • Social Distancing will be enforced throughout the hotel with signage allowing safe distancing of at least 6 feet whenever possible.
  • Hotelier training and certification
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes available in guest rooms and at high-touch points throughout the hotel
