6連泊を3回ほどしました。 親会社がJALからオークラに変わってからは、少しサービスが悪くなった気がします。 日系ホテルなので、ジャパニーズスピーカー Please と言えば、日本語で案内してくれるのは助かります。 ユニオンスクェアも近いし、ユニオンスクェアの正面にはMacy'sもある。飲食店も多いので便利っちゃ便利。観光者向けホテルですね。 映画で有名なグニャグニャ下り坂花壇のロンバートや、フィッシャーズワーフに行くならケーブルカーです。 パウエル＝ハイドが最寄り駅ですが、基本満員なのでほとんど乗れません。１駅先の始発駅パウエル＝マーケットストリートまで行って乗った方が確実です。 日中の早いうちなら、歩くっていう手もあります。右手にロンバート、正面にアルカトラズが見えますよ。

The staff is great. The breakfast is good, but overpriced. I think it ends up $58 for the breakfast buffet with all of the fees. I think many people choose this hotel because of the good gym and the fact that there is a jacuzzi and sauna. The sauna is not hot enough, it’s typically only 130 F. The management should remove the timer and leave it on. It’s such a large size, it needs another heater to the right side of the entrance. Note to management: please add an another heater to the sauna and leave both turned on. You will have a great sauna and have a group of customers that come just for the sauna. I talked to many guests and all agree.
