We always wanted to visit San Francisco!

From the very moment we arrived, it was love! Nikko staff know how to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was just as expected. The property was fabulous and the location couldn't have been better. Concierge was so very helpful and EVERYONE was happy to help. On a side note, the hamburger and fries from room service was the best burger I've ever had!

I found the Hotel Nikko one of the best hotels

I travel somewhat frequently for work and pleasure, and I found the Hotel Nikko one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service, room, restaurant, decor, amenities, and attention to detail all earn 5 stars. The location is perfect for business, shopping, and entertainment options, too.

I really enjoyed my stay

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times and it has exceeded my expectations every time. Jason Ngo, front desk manager, was very exceptional. He set up a very nice room and extremely helpful. We upgraded into a junior suite with the superior city view, spacious living area, and cozy bed. I really enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Nice Room

Nice room in a good location near Union Square (added bonus: it's close to the Powell Street Station if you catch BART from the airport). Everything was comfortable, modern and clean.
