This place is the best! Kyle is the person that checked us in twice and he is so kind and understanding and he even remembered my name and that I was going through cancer treatments. There’s an amazing indoor heated pool, a hot tub, two saunas… a great restaurant. Everybody that works here is fantastic. It’s literally the best place to stay in San Francisco!

Elizabeth Kone is the ...

Elizabeth Kone is the best concierge I have encountered. She is amazing. Very respectful. That's the kind of service and courtesy that someone could appreciate. Let it be known that this young beautiful human being can really provide very good outstanding customer service. I cannot wait a to let the world know that lady is fantastic. Keep up the good work.
