Housekeeping staff found my passport and delivered to airport. Clutch!

If I could give this hotel 10 stars for their service I would . Absolutely love staying here .every staff member I have encountered has been extremely pleasant and helpful and I feel they genuinely mean it and not because they are simply just doing their job . This is my second stay here and I can definitely say this is now my go to hotel for San Francisco!

Very nice hotel in downtown San Francisco. It’s in a central location with great walkability or short driving distances from many great restaurants and sites. The hotel itself is a Japanese branded hotel and does feel quite luxurious. The service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, well up-kept, spacious and modern. The amenities including gym, pool, and restaurants were great. I do wish there was a spa available as we to enjoy massages and other spa services when we travel. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay there again. Customer service: 4/5 Amenities: 4/5 Rooms: 4/5 Comfort: 4/5 Value: 4/5 Total: 4 Rating Criteria: 1/5: Terrible, would not recommend 2/5: Not good but not the worst. Might be worth it depending on price and other factors. 3/5: Solid option. Average in this category for the area. 4/5: Above average and excels in this area. 5/5: Excellent, needs no improvement Please keep in mind that the reviews posted here are based on personal experience which may differ from person to person based upon a multitude of factors (individual/specific workers, time of day, personal preferences, etc).

Stayed here during our wedding, exceptional hotel, beautiful lobby and rooms, indoor pool and an area for our pet to be in, would highly recommend
