Ritual Meets Craftsmanship

The Ice Luge Experience

At the center of our Lunar New Year celebration is a custom Year of the Horse ice luge — a striking symbol of strength, movement, and prosperity for the year ahead.

In a ceremonial and interactive presentation, Hennessy tea-based cocktails are poured from a traditional teapot through the hand-carved ice luge and directly into your cocktail vessel. The experience honors Lunar New Year traditions while showcasing the artistry behind every pour.

Available on Lunar New Year February 17th and March 7th for the Chinese New Year Parade, this limited-time activation invites guests to participate in a celebration of ritual, culture, and refined mixology.

In addition enjoy a special dim sum menu on March 7th and 8th to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
