Celebrating Women in Food & Beverage
Throughout the month of March, we proudly honor the women shaping the Food & Beverage industry with a special, month-long cocktail program featuring spirits crafted by renowned women leaders, including:
• Lorena Vasquez, Master Distiller, Ron Zacapa
• Sara Sergent, Founder, Alpine Distilling
• Nicole Austin, Master Distiller, George Dickel
• Kat Hantas, Nicole Emanuel, and Sarika Singh, Co-Founders, 21 Seeds
• Hiroko Yokozawa, Brewmaster, Tsukinowa Shuzoten
These featured cocktails will be available for guests to enjoy all month long. As part of this initiative, we are proud to partner with Casa de las Madres, a San Francisco based nonprofit providing critical resources and support to survivors of domestic violence.
This year marks a significant milestone as Casa de las Madres celebrates 50 years of service to our community. We invite guests to learn more about their impactful work through the link below.
Women’s Month and Casa de las Madres
On March 28, we will host a special dinner at Anzu in celebration of Women’s Month and Casa de las Madres. The evening will feature a thoughtfully curated prix fixe menu with wine pairings from the women-owned Pahlmeyer Winery. We are honored to welcome Sara Sergent, who will be in attendance to share her story, along with a representative from Casa de las Madres.
A portion of the proceeds from this month-long activation will be donated to Casa de las Madres.
