Thank you Nikko Hotel in San Fran
Very comfortable beds, clean and a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful desk clerks. I would recommend. It was three of us and we were very happy with the accommodations. We all slept well and enjoyed the amenities. It is a beautiful hotel and a good medium price. We recommend staying there. THANK YOU
The hotel was nice , and clean, and the staff was friendly. We chose this hotel because of a promotional rate on a third party site, our checklist was : parking, pool, fridge in room. The hotel description had all three. What was not mentioned was there was a fee for everything. $65 per night for parking, $25 to use the pool, and if anything got moved in the fridge (I had to store milk for my baby) then that $6 soda was mine .
When I ordered room service they asked if I wanted a glass of tap water with my meal ... um ... sure? Ohhhh it's a surprise $5 delivery fee for the tap water...
I understand that these can all be run of the mill when on vacation. But the hotel was not transparent about anything. I was not told about fees during check in or upon booking, I kept just having these little surprises. Which led to a tense vacation. I would prefer they just charge more for the room upfront
The staff at Hotel Nikko were wonderful. The room was very spacious. And the pool was great for families because it was shallow. The lounge was great for families too a sit had a high chair. Many lounges don't provide that. The Anzu restaurant has a good kids menu and buffet breakfast for eastern and western tastes. Really great place for families. We would go back again next time we visit. Also the hotel is in a great location for SF. Close to the cable car, BART, and buses
Great place to stay in downtown San Francisco for business
I stayed in Hotel Nikko after moving from the Kimpton Francis Drake after 1 night which was a horrible experience.
Stayed for 2 nights in the Nikko. Was granted a free early checkin and room upgrade. Staff were very friendly on checkin.
The room was great and modern. Large comfortable king bed and large bathroom with separate shower. Room was only on the 7th floor but it was quiet. No street noise.
Would definitely return here if I needed somewhere central for work
