This 4-star experience is 100% due to our bellman, Adam. Adam went above and beyond his responsibilities and made our customer experience cohesive and unique. The rest of the staff seemed disjointed in the messaging and priorities but Adam did a remarkable job in compensating for this

We enjoyed a delicious ...

We enjoyed a delicious dinner and music watching Leah Salonga yesterday at the little music venue there. The only problem we had was the use of the bathrooms. They locked them until dinner. But by the time but we went inside they were in pretty bad shape for a hotel like this. This was my only complaint
