ParkingThere are plenty of parking garages in Union Square, such as the Sutter Stockton Garage at 444 Stockton Street and the Union Square Garage at 333 Post Street. For a list of all the Union Square parking garages, visit http://www.sfpark.org.
Public TransportationIt’s very easy to reach Union Square by public transportation. If you’re in San Francisco, you can get there by streetcar or bus as well as by BART, which is the way to go if you’re in the East Bay. Caltrain is a great option for those living on the Peninsula. Lots of window shopping for beautiful things. Live music and dancing during the whole day. Beautiful architectures and streets.

Union square is an excellent location for shopping and also for just soaking up the San Francisco atmosphere. We shopped all day and then in the evening watched the Chinese New Year Parade pass through so union square was the place to be.
