You can take BART or Muni to the Powell Street Station. Go south on Fourth Street and turn left on Howard Street. Moscone Center is on the 700 block of Howard Street. For those traveling from south of San Francisco, CalTrain will take you to Fourth and Townsend Streets. There are a few bus options from there.
