She collaborated with our other vendors to ensure that the setting was exactly what we wanted, and made herself very accessible on the day of the event to ensure that everything went smoothly at the hotel, starting from when my bridal party arrived in the early morning, all the way until the end of the event. The food was quite exceptional, and guests commented on how tasty the food was, and how efficient and attentive the staff was. Going into the process, I expected that the catering manager would merely make sure that the room was booked and that the food and beverages were served.
