What is the seating like?

While all seats are good and offer unobstructed views of the performers, there are two primary sections in Feinstein's at the Nikko. The upfront seats are within the first four rows of the stage at tables and banquettes. Premium seats are at tables in the middle of the room and at banquettes or rails on elevated platforms to both the right and left of the room.

Seating assignments are made by the Maître D' on a first come, first served basis within the section purchased

If tickets are purchased separately, can we still sit together as a group?

We will certainly do our best to seat your party together when tickets are purchased separately, there a few steps guests can take to assist the process including ensuring that all members of the group purchase tickets in the same section and that one representative of the group calls the club in advance (415-394-1188) with all the group names rather than asking the Maître D' to make these arrangements at the door the night of your show.

Is there food and beverage service in the showroom?

Yes, all tickets require the purchase of $20.00 per person of food and beverage and, for our guest's convenience; an 18% gratuity is added to all checks. The Feinstein's at the Nikko menu features a variety of sharable hot and cold items, sushi, desserts or a bento box dinner as well as beer, wine, craft cocktails, sake and soft drinks.

What are the benefits of dining in Restaurant Anzu?

Guests choosing this option should plan 90 minutes for dinner and remember to visit the Feinstein's at the Nikko desk to reserve their club seating prior to going upstairs for dinner. The Maître D' will hold the table while the guests are dining in Anzu. Remember that the showroom food and beverage minimum still applies so plan on dessert or a round of drinks in the club during the performance.

If shows are sold out, is there a possibility of still getting tickets?

For sold out performances the Maître D' will maintain a wait list at the door each evening and clear guests just prior to show time if possible.  In the meantime, patrons are welcome to enjoy a beverage in the Kanpai lounge which is adjacent to the Feinstein's showroom.
