Located in our luxury San Francisco hotel, you'll have access to the finest fare right outside your guestroom Start with a bowl of Fairytale Pumpkin Soup infused with fresh snow crabmeat. Served over a bed of lettuce, our gourmet salads are topped with your choice of dry rubbed lamb, coriander-seared tuna, Sonoma smoked chicken, spicy rock shrimp, or winter beets. Before you sit down to the main course, nibble on sushi, shellfish, mussels, oysters, and other fresh flavors from the sea. Save room for the sizzling main course followed by a decadent display of desserts. Our talented Chef serves up creative food pairings and complex flavor profiles. ANZU will serve up sake-brined, apple-stuffed turkey, pan roasted herb mahi mahi, juicy steak, or raviolis drizzled in brown butter and filled with sweet potato, ginger, and coconut. Head to the carving station to try a tender, soft-as-butter slice of roast prime rib, beef, or rum-glazed baked ham, complete with garlic mashed potatoes and bourbon glazed yams. Then it's your sweet tooth's turn. The milk chocolate fountain will be flowing, and you'll have your choice of cakes and tarts for something sweet and savory. Sample little bites of mini cheesecakes and petit fours. The Christmas Buffet is prix fixe, $70 for adults, $57 for seniors, and $37 for children ages 5-12.
